Non-governmental organization "Association of graduates, students and friends of O.M.Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv" (hereinafter – the Association) is a voluntary public association, graduates, students and friends of O.M. Beketov Kharkiv National University of Urban Economy, whose activities are based on the cooperation of its participants to achieve the.
The purpose of the Association is to unite the efforts of graduates, students and friends of O.M. Beketov Kharkiv National University of Urban Economy (hereinafter – the University), directing their intellectual, professional and other opportunities to meet and protect common legitimate social, economic, professional, creative and other interests, preservation and increase of traditions and spiritual values of the University, strengthening links between graduates, students, etc. participants, scientific and pedagogical staff, as well as promoting the development of education, science, the implementation of cultural, scientific, and other programs and programs of social security and development.
The sources of formation of property and funds of the Association in monetary and other forms are:
-Any funds and property received free of charge or in the form of irrevocable financial assistance or voluntary donations, including, but not exclusively: entrance and/or membership fees of members of the Association;
- objects of intellectual property rights transferred to ownership or use;
- any funds and/or property transferred to the Association in the form of charitable assistance; - monetary and logistical resources of sponsors;
- other types of funds and/or property that come free of charge or in the form of irrevocable financial assistance or voluntary donations;
- other proceeds from the main activity of the Association in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, which are closely related to its statutory activities.
The Association provides assistance in the form of revenues from state or local budgets and state trust funds, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
