Master

To undertake a Master’s degree, foreigners or stateless persons have to personally submit an application for admission in writing. In accordance with the rules of admission of O. M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv, the next step is taking compulsory entrance examinations in the language of instruction and professional subjects. In cases where a foreigner has received a preliminary education (Bachelor’s degree) in another country, a required condition for joining O. M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv is getting an invitation to study.
Next, it is necessary to submit a document on the previous education to the procedure of recognition of a foreign document which is conducted by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and receive the original certificate giving the right to continue education on the educational level of Master in the territory of Ukraine.

The documents required for admission to the educational level of Master at O. M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv:

1. The original of the document on the previous education (Bachelor's degree) in case of receipt of the document in the territory of Ukraine. In the other case (receipt of the document outside Ukraine), a foreigner or a stateless person has to submit the original and a notarized copy of the document and its translation into the Ukrainian language on the previous education (Bachelor's diploma) legalized by the Embassy of Ukraine.
2. The original of the document on the academic grades (Bachelor’s diploma supplement) in case of receipt of the document in the territory of Ukraine. Otherwise (receiving a document outside Ukraine), a foreigner or a stateless person submits the original and a notarized copy of the document and its translation into Ukrainian on the academic grades (Bachelor’s diploma supplement) legalized by the Ukrainian Embassy.
3. A notarized copy and translation into Ukrainian of a birth certificate legalized by the Embassy of Ukraine.
4. A copy of the passport and its notarized translation into the Ukrainian language.
5. Medical certificate legalized by the Embassy of Ukraine and translated into Ukrainian.
6. Certificate of medical examination for HIV / AIDS translated into Ukrainian.
